The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated with a coffee maker and high ceilings. I was impressed by the pool and spa. One employee stood out to me for going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I would consider staying again because of her excellent service.

It was just a nice choice for an overnight stay in Carlsbad with very good value for money. I loved enjoying my morning coffee while looking out over the beautifully landscaped courtyard. Make sure to check out the pool area for some relaxation!

The breakfast was AMAZING! Christa was our server and she was amazing ahead was anticipating all of our needs and a pleasure! Plus, I had a meeting upon my arrival, and Luca was right there at the desk making sure I had what I needed with WiFi and comfortable spot to meet. Just really feel welcomed.

my family and I had a great stay at holiday inn. the staff were friendly and super helpful, especially in the restaurant. our room with two queen beds was spotless. the location is convenient, close to the basketball court, which was perfect for us.

Staff members were exceptionally friendly and made our family feel right at home, which was a huge plus. However, the location was a bit further from Legoland than expected, and finding nearby dining options wasn't straightforward. Breakfast was good, but I was surprised that it wasn't complimentary as initially indicated. Kids eating free with an adult meal was a fantastic perk.

The highlight was the exceptional staff—especially Patty, who went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome. Highly recommend!

We checked in and were really impressed with the clean, spacious room and the lovely outdoor pool area for the kids to splash around in. The hotel had a nice patio space and cozy lounge area to relax after a long day. The only downside was a bit of a wait for dinner service, but it didn’t put a damper on our family getaway! 😊
